RAID Driver for Win7 or XP

Is there a possibility to configure a RS210 under Windows 7 or Windows XP?

A driver for the chipset can be found on the net. However, for the ServeRAID-BR10il, only Win 2003 and Win 2008 driver software can be found. Can these drivers be used with the above cited OS?

welcome to the forum!

 

you can certainly try the server drivers in desktop OSes but they might not install -- especially if you need to use the F6 option during installation.

 

these systems aren't supported or tested with win 7 or XP so unfortunately you're on your own.   all you can do is try.
