RD240 1046 - HD Caddies included?

Newbie to Lenovo servers. Looking to purchase Thinkserver RD240 (1046) from CDW. Anyone tell me if the HD caddies are included so I can purchase any HD, or do I HAVE TO purchase Lenovo branded ones that I assume include caddies? Also do I need to purchase the additional RAID controller and battery, or does the 1046 model come equipped with a RAID controller?

When I bought my RD630, there were no caddies. I bought some off of ebay and they worked great.
