ActiveX ThinkServer Management Module Premium - TS430

I have a TS430 0441 with the premium management module (67Y2624).

 

Does anyone have the ability to use the ActiveX remote management service?  My unit will only give me the option of using Java, which is really sluggish and has a lot of video problems.  I've attempted the use IE 9 with and without compatibility mode.  I'm running BMC firmware 2.70.  

 

Under the remote control configuration screen I only have the option of Java under the "Preferred Client Type" option.

I can confirm this. Same problem with BMC firmware 2.90.1 and IE9.
