Factory Recovery Thinkstation E30

Hello, i have got an E30 thinkstation.

this system runs so crappy that i want to preform a factory reinstallation.

howe ever i do not have got any DVD's to restore or to burn an image to.

i do not want to save any data just a clean installation.

when i press F11 i cannot restore the system is there an solution.

btw i think it sucks that you don't provide recovery disk with the system......

i have payed for about 900 euro's excluding the tax. i think as customer you may exspect that you get the software thats provided with the system on a disk or usb storage drive.

you can create recovery media by navigating to Start > ThinkVantage > Create Recovery Media.   this application will require a few blank DVDs to burn images.   you can then use these to fully restore your E30 back to its original state.
