S10 - New bios flash disable bios options

Hi,

I just updated my S10 bios to the latest version 2WKT47A, the flash went well, but then when I tried to access bios to config the boot sequence but the system doesnot allow me to Save the new configuration.

Load Custom Defaults [Disable]

Save Custom Defaults [Disable]

....

On ly Exit the Setup Utility without saving is allow to select and exit. Even the F10 key doesn't do anything but a beep.

Please help me on this

welcome to the forum!

try clearing the BIOS.   there's a three-pin jumper group at the bottom of the motherboard labeled "CMOS".   move the jumper from one position to the other and reboot.   this will clear any settings.   shut down, return the jumper to the original location, start up your system, enter the BIOS, and see if you're still having problems.   you'll need to re-enter any passwords, settings, boot order, etc. but it's the same thing tech support will ask you to do.

try that and let us know if that fixes your problem.
