I just found out from my Lenovo rep that 2gb sticks are not available until December 21st. So thats the reason for the delay. I was planning to throw it away anyhow. Trying to find out if they are willing to ship with no ram or have to put 4gb in to get it out the door.
I ordered a thinkstation D30 more than two weeks ago. Yesterday the UK customer service told me there was a technical issue with the order, but he didn't know what was the issue and whether it's solvable. He couldn't not even find/chase for more information for me. This experience is utterly unacceptable. I was not informed in the first place when there was a problem and now just kept waiting and waiting. This has had a financial impact on me because I ordered other components which all have arrived. If I need to return them, I need to pay money for postage fee. Can somebody help me and let me know the details and tell me the expected ship time? Thank you. My order number is 21683249524
