Thinkstation D10 System Configuration Data Read Error

I have a D10 running 2 E5450 CPUs and 16GB RAM dual booting Windows 7 Ultimate and Mac OS X Lion. The machine was workign perfectly until 3 days ago when I started having this message on boot. The main problem with it is that I am not loger able to select the boot menu, therefore cannot dual boot since the machine defaults to the error boot sequence which uses the first SATA devide. I have reseated the memory and reset the CMOS as well as upgraded the BIOS to the latest and I cannot get this t go away. Any ideas?
