Access Connections App Overrides Adapter and Bindings?

I have two internet connections "home" and "hotel".  Hotel is the faster connection and home is my LAN.  I connect to Hotel via wifi and home via network cable.

 

Normally you're able to edit the Adapter and Bindings so one NIC has priority over the other.  It works fine with all my other computers except the Lenovo.  Does the Access Connections app override this?  Is there a way to fix this?
