Access Connections WWAN connect before logon

Hi Guys,

 

I have a customer who has asked if it is possible to get Access Connections to connect his WWAN profile before login? He wants to be able to login to his domain over the WWAN connection. I gather he is going to launch a VPN connection or has private IP's to do this. Can we get Access Connections to run as a service to get the WWAN connected before login?
