Can't create new TVT PowerManager profile

I'm using Thinkpad Z61t and TVT PowerManager version 1.16 on WinXP Pro SP2. Since I updated TVT PowerManager, I have never succeeded to create new power profile. Even if I already tweak some configuration and click save. The original TVT Power Manager that preinstalled is 1.00.

Do I have to use older version instead of the new one?
