When opened the Client Security Solution, the Fingerprint option is greyed out.
Answer
- Go to Control Panel
- Programs and Features
- Uninstall ThinkVantage Toolbox, Client Security Solutions and FingerPrint software
- Reboot
- Delete folder C:\ProgramData\PCDr
- Download latest available via support site
- Install ThinkVantage Toolbox
- Reboot
- Install Client Security Solutions
- Reboot
- Install FingerPrint Software
- Reboot
- Test CSS.
