Hi guys,
is there any way I can get rid of the "quick-check" of the Lenovo Toolbox?
I already disabled the scheduled scan but it seems my toolbox still does a check several times a day and I wanna disable that.
I took a screenshot of it, that is the message that is shown afterwards, popping up in the lower right corner of my screen. Sorry it is in German, but it basically says:
No problems found

Does anybody know how to disable this cause there is no menue item.
Thanks

I had the same problem: the scheduled check does not respect its scheduling.
I did completely disable system check to workaround the problem.

Hi
how did you do that exactly?
Thanks

Startsheep,
Be sure you are running the most recent copy of LTT that is on the web.
Please confirm, and then we can work from there.
Also, if you would like to interact in German, you can select German from the pull down in the top corner of the forum - there is a German forum community now, as well as Spanish & English.
Thanks!

Starsheep,
I am sorry you are affected by this problem. A quick workaround is to re-enable the blue Toolbar icon:
1. Right click the Taskbar
2. Select Toolbars --> Lenovo ThinkVantage Toolbox
This will keep the popups under control so they only appear once per week (or less). We are working on an update that will include a permanent fix for this problem as well as other improvements.

Stephen,
Thanks for popping in and lending a hand - this had previously come up and we had your work around in our forum's KB.
I just didn't connect this with the discussion on Lenovoblogs. Anyway, I've updated the article with the pic from this thread.
Keep us posted on the updates, and thanks for being super helpful as always !
