L512 problem after renaming user and installing new CSS

Hi all.

I have a problem with my L512 after renaming the user and updating to newest Clinet Security Solution (CSS).

CSS installed fine but it can't start as it needs to restore some keys, and it hs to log in as an old user I created first when I got the pc, but later renamed as it should be the same name for company network.

I get this dialogbox (sorry its on danish):

hey Christian_IA,

the screenshot which you gave, could you translate it into english for us?

Anyway, let's say if you change the username back to the original name, does the CSS work ?

Is your CSS version 8.3?

At the same time could you try uninstalling the CSS , restart your unit and then reinstall the CSS.
