Why does Lenovo engineers think it imperative they tell us that no problems were found.
This app is becoming increasingly annoying. Does anyone know how to turn the dammed thing off?????

RoyStark, welcome to the forum,
was this post intended as a reply to another? If so, let us know which so that we can move it to that thread.
Andy

My best guess is: Open ThinkVantage Toolbox, select Settings, and turn off "Activate 0nline Support'. Your pop-up messages should stop. Just a guess

About popups, see that KB article: Toolbox "No Problems Found" popup message

The KB article says enabling the Thinkvantage Toolbox toolbar removes the popups, but this doesn't work for me. If anything, it seems the frequency of this annoying popup seems to be increasing month by month!
Is there any major disadvantage to uninstalling the Toolbox?

That does not help. Neither does turning off the online support option as a previous poster pointed out.
