Mobile broadband is missing

Hi Everyone,

The Mobile Broadband choice gets into passive mode after a certain time, and is not a available choice anymore.

I appreciate your help.

hey tarlabasi,

have you tried uninstalling the current WAN drivers for your unit and letting windows install it's generic drivers ?

and have you tried reinstalling Access Connection by downloading the latest version from >> http://support.lenovo.com

hi everybody,
i solved the problem.
the user must be an administrator or minimum power user.
do not see any other way.
