PASSWORD MANAGER

Since the last available update, Client Security Solution 8.21, I could no longer use ThinkVantage Password Manager. It is not possible to open it. However I could access preference via the right click on the system tray. I have no problem with the fingerprint reader.

 

Any help will be appreciate.

I have an issue with this software since upgrading to 8.2.1 whereby it can't authenticate me, I can check the box to say my finger print reader is not working then enter my password manually and it works. My finger print reader is working ok and is synced correctly because I login to my computer using the finger print ready. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software but have the same issue.

Same exact issue..I want my password manager back what do we do lenovo????
