FWIW, I've not had another crash with 3.62.

same issue with 3.64 here.
if I clean unsintall and reinstall it works until I reboot...
any help would be appreciated

Same here with my E320. It was working since 2 weeks, and now at every boot, it crash...

FWIW, I've not had another crash with 3.62.
Unfortunately, I've now had three crashes of Power Manager 3.64,
one of which corrupted Windows to the point that I had to reinstall --
see BUG: Power Manager 3.64 stops working and won't uninstall
