Problem Decrypting Files

Hi,

Recently I changed my Windows password. Prior to that I have encrypted some files with IBM Client Security Software. When I try to decrypt the files now, I get the follow error:

IBM Client Security Software - File and Folder Protection> 

Decryption Operation Summary>

Files Decrypted: 0

Files Not Decrypted: 1

Reason: One or more of the selected files were encrypted using a different AES key.

Any help or suggestion? Thanks.

Hi,

Try to change your windows password back to same that you used to encrypt.

It did come across to me, but password policy does not allow that.
