On Windows 7, ver 4.3 for R&R. I tried a few times to make Factory Disks but I never had enough on hand to get through an entire copy so I tried using my external hard drive. The Factory Disk completed but now I can't figure out how to use it. I tried going into BIOS and putting USB HDD at the top of the startup queue but to no avial. Help the dunce, please!
