Rescue & Recovery on T60p

Recue and recovery does not create backup on USB connected HDD. View all backups shows the 10 previous backups but the next one just sits there with 0% progress and when I try to copy previous backups to DVD I get message I need backups on local harddrive? How can I remove and reinstall RNR? Thanks.

Hi,

now that is a rush decision.

Anyway, if you decided to reinstall RnR, then just simply go to control Panel and delete it from there.

Then reboot the machine.

Once It's rebooted, make sure, that all previously backups are deleted and gone.

Go to following link:

download the latest version of RnR and install it back on your system.

After this is done, just start the backup process once again.

Although this is a general description, please let me know, if you need specific informations on the install deinstall procedure.
