In the help instructions for SDD it claims that there is a "Scrub Now" feature that allows you to scrub a drive without requiring a boot disk or cd...Using the Scrub Now feature:
When using the SDD program, you have an option to Scrub the current working machine by using the “Scrub Now” feature. This feature will Scrub your current working machine without the use of a floppy disk or a CD-ROM disk. There are two ways to access this feature.
1. Push the “Scrub Now” button in the first windows that is displayed after the splash screen. If you select the checkbox to disable this windows on start up, you will need to use the second method described below.
2. In the main floppy disk creation windows, select “Scrub Now” under the “Tools” menu option.
After installing the Secure Data Disposal program v1.3 I can find no "ScrubNow" button or even a "Tools" menu option. Can someone please help me understand how I can use this feature?
