System Update V4.0 No Longer Working

I have been sucessfully running System Update 4.0 on my T400 running 64 bit Windows 7 RTM since it was released.  Since yesterday, it stopped working.  When I launch it, the splash screen apprears for 5 minutes and then disappears.  It it still working or is there a problem with my install?
