It works..now....sucessfully downloaded 2 MS & 2 LE updates installed them automatically, just like before...

same problem happened on my X200 just yesterday
-Win7 Home Premium32-System Update 40-2011-02-18.exe.......
I would suggest downloading the latest TVSU and install it manually. The older versions of TVSU will no longer find any updates because we have switched to new infrastructure.

Same problem here with Thinkpad T510, 4313CTO running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
I had no problems with System Update until it updated itself to version 4.01.0015.
Despite already having the latest System Update 4.01.0015 I tried your suggestion: I deleted the existing System Update, downloaded and installed the new (your link took me to 4.01.0015 again), and rebooted.
Unfortunately, the problem was NOT fixed.
Do you have anything else to try or an indication about when you fix the problem?

Same issue with my X120e Win7 64bit; no issue with my X201 Win7 64bit. Problem has to be on Lenovo's end. Can't believe Lenovo can't fix this asap!

I am having this issue as well with a fresh install of Win 7 enterprise. I called tech support and was told it was an issue with my computer since it would work on a different XP computer running TVSU3.0. Pointed out that those were no where close to the same environments. Different OS and SU versions. Was told that since he updated a caller earlier in the day SU must be working fine. This is with the new 4.01 version. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tech Support is 100% wrong. There is an issue on the server-end....

I just tested it again and this time it's working. This is with no change on my part. This is obviously an issue with the SU servers. You guys may give it another try this morning and see if it's working for you. .
