I know this is still a problem.  It seems the Lenovo team responsible for these things is still struggling with it.  I'm sorry I don't have any update at this time.

do you also have T420s?  This thread is about T420s problems on TVSU and as far as I know the TVSU team is still working to solve those specific problems.  If you are posting about your X120e instead, then I recommend to create a new post about it so that the different issues don't get confused.  A screenshot would be great so that we can see what updates are available and which ones are missing.
