Re: TVSU crashes

Amazingly, the new version of “Device Experience” seems to have solved my issue. Since installing it, R and R can recognize and use external USB drives and TVSU loads without incident….

What's DOS?

Re: TVSU crashes - another solution

we had this same problem on two computers in our office.  When we checked in event viewer, we could see that it did not recognize the model or serial number.  an IBM rep had to use some maintenance software to modify the flash bios.  it could not be done by phone.  check your event viewer under the Lenovo section
