TVSU will not install BIOS update on T500

I'm running TVSU on a Lenovo T500 type 2055-RL4 with Vista SP2. It indicates one of the updates available is a BIOS update, version 3.15-1.06. If I select this update to install, it appears to download (i.e. it shows the file download progress) but then I get the dialog saying "1 Package did not download". I've encountered this issue on multiple systems, and in each case other updates downloaded and installed just fine.

 

Any ideas what the issue might be?
