I can confirm that this is an issue. I having the same exact issue on the T420 4236-MBU and T410 2518-4LU. It downloads the two versions of an update (an earlier version and then the latest). TVSU will update to the latest but then keep the earlier version as un update and will not install it of course as the latest version was installed. Please see the screen shots I have provided from the updates on the T410 as I am not near the T420 right now. (Same errors on the T420 but just for wireless and widi) The TVSU team needs to test these before pushing them out to end users like this. Looks like they just need to remove the old versions of these from the THSU servers as the newer versions will do. Please fix this as it is a most annoying error when using this on multiple machines.
Thanks for all the hard work!

It looks like Lenovo accidently added old versions of the drivers in the driver task sequence for TVSU. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the TVSU doesn't rectify the old drivers from showing up in the TVSU even though the latest are installed. I think Lenovo just needs to clean this up a little bit.

System Update successfully installed WiFi driver for Intel cards For Windows 7 64bit (15.01.0000.0830). Following the install, Get New Updates indicates that there is another new update, WiFi Driver for Intel Cards (For Windows 7 64bit) version 14.03.0000.0. Downloading that update results in a message that a manual install is required. Performing a manual install results in a message essentially that there is a newer driver installed that must be uninstalled first to install the version 14.03 update. Other than hiding the 14.03 update, is there a way to fix the system so that it doesn't keep trying to update a newer version with an older one?
