ThinkVantage Fingerprint [HELP][HELP][HELP]

My configuration :Lenovo Thinkpad W520, Win7 professional 64 bit.

when I open ThinkVantage Fingerprint software, it says:

"E7210001-An internal error occurred(bpwb;bp-wb-dpi-ed-wbebu(800106ba))"

Even after I uninstall and re-install it, the same error...

Help me please...

I suggest you to uninstall the fingerprint and Client Security Solution software then restart the system

After restart update the BIOS
http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/8buj14us.exe

Then download the fingerprint and Client Security Solution and install it

http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/cssw764rti_8_30_0_053.exe

http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/thinkvantage_en/fpr_595_7038_64ww.exe

After this the issue should resolve and if it persist then you need to reinstall the Operating System
