If I install ThinkVantage Productivity Center here:

, do I still need to download and install the separate Message Center application here:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-70055.html ?
The reason I'm asking is because after Productivity Center installation, there is already a Message Center window at the bottom of the Productivity Center interface. But when I search Lenovo, there is another Message Center that can be downloaded and installed.I.e. does the Productivity Center Message window still work without the separate Message Center installer?
Also, Lenovo informs that ThinkVantage Sytem Updates will no longer work here:

and we have to use Message Center Plus. Is this a stand alone application or does it need the separate Message center Installer discussed above also?
