Thinkvantage Update stuck at 97% when searching for updates

PLus,

1.my Lenovo Thinkvantage folder in my Start Menu>Programs is empty

2.laptop logging off and freezing rather than shutting down

3.camera icon not showing up when i push the on/off button on keyboard

4.battery icon at 0% when pc says that it is in good standing

You may want to try uninstalling your ThinkVantage Update and reinstalling it from here:
