Touchpad wrongly activated after standby

Hi there,

Maybe this is a stupid setting issue. Though, the problem is that after I resume my T400 (under Vista 32) from standby, then often the touchpad is activated while it was disabled (using Fn-F8) before I sent the notebook to standby.

Can anyone reproduce this? Any ideas?

Lenovo software and Vista are fully up to date.

I have the same issue, though on XP. I'm guessing it's a permissions thing in a preference folder or something that's causing it, though I haven't found out how to get it to stop. It's most annoying.

Some recent software update (including Lenovo updates and Windows updates - I don't know which one) has solved the problem for me.
