GRAINY image on my new L2321x monitor. any suggestions.

Hi, I just received my new l2321x monitor yesterday. Connected it to my T520 laptop via the (blue capped) cable.

I was expecting a nice clear crisp picture, however, image quality is grainy. Especially with picture images.

Any suggestions?

hey genfoot,

welcome to the forums.

try changing the resolution of your monitor via the display properties. Since you're doing a dual screen setup; i believe you can set each monitor to be a different screen size.

Such as laptop monitor at 1280*900 and external ay 1600*1200.
