How do I load the OnScreen Monitor software for L2251P?

I just received my L2251P Monitor and followed the instructions to load the OnScreen Monitor software; however, it did not load.  I searched the CD to find the executable file, but was unsuccessful.  Any thoughts on what I missed here?  Thanks!
