Just curious if anyone out there has ordered a L2461x monitor and has successfully received the monitor?
I ordered one of these from Lenovo on March 25th and was told 6 days to ship.
I have called numerous times to get said ship date but every time I get the same response:
"I'm sorry sir, your order is placed but we are having problems communicating your order to the warehouse"
"Please call back in 2 business days for further information"
The phone operator (in the middle east or course) can offer no information.
It seems that although I am able to reach them by phone to get the run-around, they (Lenovo) are unable to get in touch with their warehouse.
I have never experienced such AWFUL customer service before. Anywhere. Anytime.
If anyone can offer a suggestion or phone number that doesnt land me in India, I would appreciate it.

well, I am experiencing something similiar in Slovakia, EU: I write to Lenovo dealer (http://www.lenovoonline.sk/mail-advisor-12) like 2x asking about their product - the same one like you do L2461x - and until now no response...and it;s like 10 days after I did that - AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! :-( It is total ignorance of their customers - shame on them/him!
