ThinkVision L2251x Wide - Unable to activate built in camera

Hi,

I have a problem activating the buit-in camera of my screen ThinkVision L2251 xWide.

It is connected to a ThinkStation D20.

I've installed the Lenovo driver but when running the provided utility (wpcam), I have an error message stating the camera is not recognized and I have to check the driver... Webcam testing utilities say "No webcam installed" as well.

 

Configuration:

- ThinkStation D20

- ThinkVision L2551 xWide with built-in camera

- Video NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800 (Driver V6.14.11.9039)

- Windows XP 64

 

Any help is appreciated.
