BSOD with 15-Nov-10 FireGL V5700 driver

This driver is causing a BSOD on my system! I know because I've spent 5 hours this morning alone troubleshooting it and can only access my computer by rolling back to Last Known Good. Applying this driver results in a BSOD every time.

Please fix this driver!
