Hi all
If I am not wrong, it is caused by the SmartEQ, increasing of 31 and 62Hz causes background noises etc. during Skype call, even though it increases both volume and distortion. Therefore, disabling audio enhancement on the speakers resolve the issues.
Use Windows or Dolby driver would resolve the issues. The fault lies with the driver, not the hardware. I am using Dolby driver and it's great even with Skype, no changing of settings required. ![]()

@ drewwesley
It is previously in the support website, but was discontinued.
If you wish to know more about it (how to install, optimize, etc.), you could click on the Dolby Home Theater v4 link on my signature.
Have a nice day!
