Is Intel 520 240GB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5-Inch SSD Compatible with W510? [ Edited ]

Hi,

Can someone please confirm if Intel 520 Series 240 GB SATA 6 Gb/s 2.5-Inch SSD would be compatible with W510? Also, what SATA generation and what speed does W510 come with?

Not sure, if this adds any difference but my W510 is equipped with Intel Core i7-820QM processor (8MB Cache, 1.73GHz)

Intel, Samsung and Crucial drives are pretty much guaranteed to work. The W520 is SATA-III (6Gbps) for both the main drive and the ultrabay.

My above post applies to all ThinkPads. Those three brands will work in pretty much any computer without issue.
