Since I've started using this laptop I've had a problem when using Word or Outlook 2010 (with Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bit). I can type and use the mouse until I press the Enter key for the first time. After that I can not use the mouse to position the cursor, select text or even right click on the text. In order to get the functionality back I have to restart Outlook. I've searched on the web and I've found a common scenario... others with the same problem all seem to be using a Lenovo desktop and someone mentioned the ThinkVantage Security Suite as the cause, even though I have been unable to find the solution.
Anyone can help me solving this most annoying problem?
Thanks!

Is there a way to circumvent this problem without uninstalling Password Manager? A patch, something?

@Both,
Interesting issue here. Just checking if both Windows Update and TVSU update has been done? Also this happen on external mouse and trackpad as well?
Can you explain like you open Word then press enter then the mouse / trackpad hang?

Friends,
I finally got it sorted. I called Lenovo support again, and they said they don't support software and that the problemn was with the Office applications, bla, bla, bla, but this time I didn't give up and told them this was a problem with THEIR Password Manager, so they would have to give me a solution other than uninstalling it. The guy finally asked me to hold, apparently spoke to someone more knowledgeable and lo and behold, there is a solution. The solution was actually something very simple... download a specific patch for the ThinkVantage Toolbox Password Manager!!! It was their software that had a problem after all.
In case you guys have the same problem, just go to the Lenovo website and search for "MIGR-74151" without the quotes. This will return a result that takes you to http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/documen
To make it easier, here are the direct links to the files:

Hope this helps someone to get a quicker solution and not have to go through all the hassle I had to!
