I have had the same problem with my W510: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KItKh1ydK-8
I sent it in for repair and have had it for a week since it came back. So far I have not seen the issue reproduce, but I am not convinced they have fixed it before I use it for another few weeks.

Rover: how is it "solved" if you disable the broadband service? I want to use my broadband connection and also use my touch screen!
