Why this is not listed on ThinkVantage System Update ?

Because Lenovo does not have faith in their updates.

They treat people who indiviually go onto the site and manually download new versions as the early adopters. If after a while, up to a couple of months, there's no mass side effects, then they'll include the new update in the System Update and roll out to the rest of the users.
