when attached to the dock the VGA on the notebook will be disabled, sorry the answer is no. 
I don't remember seeing a post about using the displayport to run a third monitor, but there are loads of discussions in the boards about running multiple screen setups. A solution which will work is to use the Lenovo USB-to-DVI Monitor Adapter.
