W500 switching to SSD from HDD (SSD Upgrade to W500)

Dear Lenovo Forum,

 

I was wondering if any of Lenovo Forum Users tried and managed to switch from HDD to SSD on W500.

 

Q1: Is it worth using SSD with W500 and Vista onboard?

 

Q2: If Answer(Q1=yes) Considering W500 configuration what SSD drive would You recommend? For example I have 192 GB drive 7200 rpm, what drive should I buy?

 

Q3: If Answer(Q1=yes) Can anyone describe procedure of switching from HDD to SSD? (Backup..Change drive.... Restore etc.)
