W510 Gaming Problem - Black screen

First, I did some search before I post, and I found someone had a similar problem, but did not found any solution for it.

I have the  similar problem as mentioned on:http://forum.lenovo.com/t5/W-Series-ThinkPad-Laptops/W510-crashes-during-heavy-CPU-GPU-usage-possibl.... Black screen, keyboard no longer function, and I can hear the cooling fans slowing down, HARD DRIVE STILL FUNCTIONING, as I can see the HDD light is flashing.

Only thing I can approve is that this problem is not caused by heavy CPU or GPU use or overheat, because my computer behaves different on different games.

Here are some games that will cause this problem. All my games are licensed.

Plant VS. Zombie:

-Problem occurs while launching the game on FULL SCREEN mode.

-After edit registry to WINDOWED mode, the game works well.

Left 4 Dead 2:

-Problem occurs while launching the game first time.

StarCraft 2:

-Game successfully launch on both FULL SCREEN and WINDOWED screen.

-I have been play SC2 for a lot of times, for different time period amunt of time and this problem only occurred for once when I was in the middle of a battle.

GTA 4:

-Problem occurs when I play this game for 2-4 hrs.

This problem NEVER OCCURRED on: CS1.6, Red Alert 3, COD4 & 6, Metro 2033

Also my computer passes all the test mentioned on the other post.

-----------------------------------------------

HERE is my comp hardare info:

OS: Windows 7 Ult 64-bit (6.1 Build 7601) [SP1], I have same problems also before SP1.

Sys Model: 4318CTO

BIOS Ver: 1.00PARTTBLX (System BIOS Version: 6NET74WW)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q820 @1.73Ghz

Memory: 8192MB

DX verison: 11

Graphic: NVIDIA Quadro FX 880M (1600x1900)

All my driver have been updated to the lastest stable release version.

Anyone have any suggestion for this weird problem???

Re: W510 Gaming Problem - Black screen

Never mind, thx for ppl who read this post.
The problem solved.

My vid driver was outdated, i thought it was the lastest version because "Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products" on nVidia website never notify me for update.
