W510 Turbo Boosting to 1.73GHz?

i7 - 720QM 
8GB RAM (4x2GB 1333MHz)

135W PSU

I have been doing various tasks and I've only seen the Turbo boost jump to 1.73GHz which seems a bit odd.

Is something wrong??

What're the temperatures?

How many cores are under load?
W520: i7-2720QM, Q2000M at 1070/670/1340, 22GB RAM, 500GB HDD, FHD screen

Figured it out...

Speedstep had been disabled in BIOS by the previous owner to I believe they said to stop whining?
