I just encountered this problem, it seems like an issue with the touch screen driver. When a monitor is connected via VGA and that monitor is made the primary display, whenever I touch the laptop screen, the click indication appears on the wrong monitor. Is there a driver update that fixes this? Who should be notified? What company made/supports the touch screen?

This happens only when the external monitor is the primary.
It seems like touch always registers on the primary, even if the primary is an external monitor. It'd be nice if this issue was fixed.
This problem happens on multiple different monitors including a dell 21" and LG L1733TR.
