To the OP can you post benchmarks of the drives in sata3 and now in sata2?
Curious what the difference previously and now.

Luckily I had an old benchmark from back when I first intalled the drive.
Here it is from when I first installed the drive and it was operating correctly in SATA III mode.
And here it is now running in SATA II.

I rolled back to BIOS version 1.36. Still running at 3Gb/s so we can rule that out.

I ran crystalmark on my 120GB Vertex3 in my W510.
I was getting better results than you, do you think there's maybe a problem with your drive?
Have you made all the relevant windows changes?

Those write speeds are horrendous. Even my old Sandforce SF-1200 based drive gets nearly double your best write speed (275MB/s).
