W520 and the 433810U mini dock

Do you know if the 433810U and the discontinued 433830U are the same, except for the power supply?

 

To wit, can I buy a 433810U, plug in my 170w power supply, and use the dock with my W520?

The power connector on dock will prevent the 170W PSI from being used
