huey calibrator

I have had Windows 7 for a few months now

but I never got my colour calibrator to run

last night I got new download 1.2.4 still no go

it doesnt show as a device in ThinkVantage

I am not too teck savvy

I have found it and removed it frm swtools

and from program files then reinstalled

I have maxed my screen brightness

any help appreciated old posts of this matter

I have a W510. Today Huey Pro repeatedly announced a Measurement Error and kept saying try again. I talked to a tech support person who asked me whether I had changed the screen. All I had done was increase the font size. Just to see what would happen, I put the font size back where it began (I think I put it back to 125%). The next try it calibrated! And the screen does look better. The Huey software is a little weird, but now it seems to be working.
