Pink screen when I turn it on?

Q. When I turn on my notebook, the screen is pink until it warms up.  Is that normal?

A.  Yes, it's perfectly normal for a screen that is about to go out on you.  How long before it dies?  Anywhere from before you can finish reading this sentence to a while, but be prepared 'cause it's about to die.

Q.  There's too many messages to read through.  I need my problem fixed now.  How can I find just the problems that have been solved (Accepted Solutions)?

A.   In Advanced Search, there's a Solutions area that has a selection called "Return only solved threads and/or accepted solutions" where you can choose one of the following options to narrow down your search results:

     Threads that have been solved

     Messages that are accepted solutions
